I ran the Provo Freedom Run 5K this year (rather than the 10K, which I usually do). It was good, but I'll probably go back to the 10K. My wife and various other family members also ran. My time was 19:21. About the same time as my last 5K but on a much harder course. Can't seem to break the 19 minute barrier. No races planned the rest of the year. Not sure if I will do any.

Good job Steve

It was fun seeing you guys last week. I've done with vacation so I guess I better get back to running.

Thanks! Great to see you guys, too. Not too often we get the Big 3 together, so that was fun. But maybe if Matt moves to Utah we'll have more chances. Best wishes on your marathon prep!
